This letter will confirm our fee agreement regarding my legal representation of you in
connection with your legal claims against the City of Phoenix, Frank Favela, and Frank Peralta
(collectively, the "Defendants'f)..
Speciiically, I have agreed to represent you-in connection with your claims against the “
City in consideration of receiving one-third (33.3%) of any monies that I obtain on your behalf by T

` lf at the conclusion of a successful trial, I am awarded attorney fees, I will be. entitled to
accept either (1) the award of attorney fees or(2).one-third (33.3%) of the combined amount of ;

if I fail to recover any monies ton your behalf at any level of litigation, you will owe me .
