Defendants Harlem Globetrotters International, Inc., Harlem Globetrotters Int' l. Foundation, Inc. and Mannie and Catherine Jackson (collectively the "Globetrotter Defendants") move for leave to file a consolidated reply to Plaintiffs' responses to the Globetrotter Defendants' motion for summary judgment exceeding the 11 page limit (L.R.Civ. 7.2(e)). The Neal Plaintiffs filed a 29 page response on November 30, 2005 and the Lemon Plaintiffs filed a separate 20 page response on November 30, 2005. In order to address each Plaintiffs' claims comprehensively in a single reply, the Globetrotter Defendants request permission to file a reply of up to 18 pages. The replies are due December 19, 2005.
