COMES NOW Plaintiff Lemon, through undersigned counsel, and Plaintiffs' Neal, Rivers, Thorton, Hall, Haynes and Sanders (collectively referred to as "Plaintiffs"), through their undersigned counsel, and hereby withdraw their Joint Motion to Voluntarily Dismiss Without Prejudice (Doc. 174) against Defendant FUBU the Collection, LLC only. Although Plaintiffs are withdrawing their voluntary motion to dismiss against FUBU the Collection, this does not affect the remainder of Plaintiffs' Voluntary Motion to Dismiss Without Prejudice against GTFM of Orlando, LLC.
