STIPULATION REGARDING THE ATTENDANCE OF LAWRENCE BLENDEN, DAYMOND AURUM AND BRUCE WEISFELD AT TRIAL COMES NOW Plaintiffs Neal, Rivers, Thornton, Hall, Haynes, Sanders and Lemon (collectively referred to as "Plaintiffs") and Defendant GTFM, LLC ("GTFM"), through counsel, and hereby stipulate and agree to the following: 1. GTFM agrees that Lawrence Blenden, Daymond Aurum and Bruce Weisfeld will be witnesses at the trial in this action. 2. Plaintiffs agree that their Joint Motion to Compel Attendance of Witnesses at Trial, filed November 15, 2006 is hereby withdrawn with prejudice.
