On Friday, January 12, 2007, counsel for the Neal plaintiffs served a revised exhibit list, substantially reorganizing that provided in connection with preparation of the Joint Pretrial Order. Defendants do not object to this reorganization, as it cured a number of problems that would have taken substantial trial time. In many instances compound exhibits have been broken out into separate exhibits, resulting in the addition of 144 exhibits to plaintiffs' and changes to the substance of many of the list, pre-existing exhibits. However, this has necessitated a restating of defendants'

objections to the reorganized exhibits. Defendants' restated objections are listed in Schedule A attached hereto.
