During trial on January 25, 2007, counsel for Defendants and counsel for the Neal Plaintiffs informed the Court that they had reached a settlement. Counsel stated the terms of the settlement on the record. Because the settlement is confidential, the portion of the record containing the terms will be sealed. Counsel for Defendants and counsel for the Neal Plaintiffs expressly stipulated on the record that all claims of the Neal Plaintiffs shall be dismissed with prejudice, all parties to bear their own costs and attorneys' fees. The settlement does not include Plaintiff Meadowlark Lemon. Trial will continue on his claims. IT IS ORDERED that all claims of Plaintiffs Fred "Curly" Neal, Larry "Gator" Rivers, Robert "Showboat" Hall, Marques Haynes, James "Twiggy" Sanders, and Dallas "Big D" Thornton are dismissed with prejudice, each party to bear its own costs and attorneys' fees.
