6 A That’s the opinion of myself and legal counsel. My legal

8 Q Okay. And it's your position or you‘re teliing us that
9 before you purchased Harlem Globetrotters, HSE, you and your

- 13 A We reviewed documents that gave us confidence and
U 14 assurance that the assets we had negotiated for were in fact

16 Q Okay. And based upon that, then you licensed FUBU to use
17 the Harlem Globetrotters name, correct?
18 A Based upon that we represented to FUBU that we had the
19 rights to the likeness and images of current players and

22 contracts or you provided them with any of the contracts?
