Final judgment having been entered, Defendant Mannie L. Jackson filed a Bill of Costs on February 27, 2007, seeking the taxation of $9,151.28. The matter has been reviewed and costs have been awarded as follows. 1. Clerk Fees - Pursuant to Local Rule LRCiv 54.1(e)(1), the $50.00 claimed is denied. 2. Transcript Fees - Pursuant to Local Rule LRCiv 54.1(e)(2), the $3,686.81 claimed is denied. 3. Deposition Costs - Pursuant to Local Rule LRCiv 54.1(e)(3), of the $4,162.53 claimed, only $2,659.08 is allowed. (No Reporting Service, Condensed Transcript, ASCII, Compressed/Word Index or Video Depositions allowed.) 4. Printing Fees - Pursuant to Local Rule LRCiv 54.1(e)(5), the $652.14 claimed is denied. Witness Fees - The $599.80 claimed is allowed.
