Personal Harm: During my tenure I have been subjected to sexual harassment and have been treated
differently by the State Capitol Police Department because I am a Mexican female. I believe after I
complained about these differences, the Department retaliated against me by scrutinizing my "work.
However non-Hispanics are not subjected to this hostile level of scrutiny if they commit the same
infractions.
Statement of Discrimination: I believe I and another female have been discriminated againstduegto our -
sex, female, national origin, Mexican`, and in retaliation for complaining of a protected activ§ in?.
