Defendants, Rick and Brenda Hancock, represented by Ivan K. Mathew, hereby request leave of court to for an extension of the page length of their Reply brief from 11 pages to 16 pages. Plaintiff's Opposition brief was 27 pages long. The Motion to Amend, plus the

primary Reply Brief, would only be 19 pages. The total number of pages would be less than the combined total of 38 pages allotted to Defendants (Motion plus Reply).

The additional pages are needed to address the numerous issues raised by Plaintiff in their Opposition which is a Dispositive pleading. This is also the first time that Defendants have an opportunity to address the issues in Plaintiff's Opposition.
