The parties request leave to file the attached Motion to Continue the date for the Status Conference now set for August 18, 2006. The Court's Order of June 6, 2006, stated that no motions were to be filed until discovery is closed. The parties have stipulated to continue that date until September 30, 2006. Th parties have also stipulated through the attached Stipulation to continue the date for the Status Conference should the Court approve. Accordingly, the attached Motion to Continue Date For Status Conference has to be filed before the close of discovery. For this reason, the parties request leave to file the attached Motion.
