limited liability company, (hereinafter collectively "Rick Hancock Defendants"), represented by Mathew & Associates, hereby stipulate to the entry of the attached Order of Dismissal with Prejudice of the Second Amended Complaint as to the Rick Hancock Defendants only and all of the Rick Hancock Defendants counterclaims and third party claims against Meritage and the Meritage Individuals.
