1O the opportunity at a later date to acquire I think
11 up to 75 percent of the LLC at a later date.
12 Q. Is that a written agreement?

16 Q. Do you recall when Mr. Hancock terminated
. 17 his membership interest in Olympic Properties, LLC?
18 _ A. June —— no, July, I think, of 2002.
19 Q. You then formed another LLC?
20 A. We —— yes, we did.
21 Q. And the name of that LLC was Cavalier
22 Properties?
23 A. Correct.
24 Q. Cavalier Properties, LLC?
25 A. Yes.
