Given the centrality of Plaintiffs' breach of contract claim to this case, the Parties' disparate portrayals of the disputed contracts, and anticipated motions, Counsel are ordered to brief the issue according to what follows:.

IT IS ORDERED briefs, no longer than ten pages and in double-spaced, thirteen-point, Times New Roman font, shall be filed addressing why Defendants did or did not breach the disputed contracts, NO LATER THAN NOON MONDAY SEPTEMBER 22ND, 2008.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED responsive briefs are due, in five pages or less in the above format, NO LATER THAN 5PM MONDAY SEPTEMBER 22ND, 2008.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED any brief submitted shall include direct citations to all contracts referenced in the brief and other evidence, including testimony, supporting the position.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED any brief relying on oral statements shall cite case law supporting the use of this evidence, as deemed relevant, including but not limited to, Taylor v. State Farm Mut. Auto. Ins. Co., 854 P.2d 1134 (Ariz. 1993).
