Without either party waiving their positions regarding the current pending discovery dispute submitted to the Court in the form of the Joint Statement letter dated December 7, 2007, the parties hereby stipulate and agree that Plaintiffs should have an extension of time to file their Response to Defendants Motion for Reconsideration (Doc. 323) and that Defendants should have an extension of time to file their Reply Brief in Support of Motion for Reconsideration.

Plaintiffs shall have until December 21, 2007 to file their Response unless further extended by the Court as requested. In the event the Court order Defendants to file a Reply, Defendants shall have at least until January 11, 2008 to file their Reply unless further extended by the Court.
