Pursuant to the Amended Fifth Revised Rule 16 Scheduling Order (Doc. # 322), the parties are to file reply briefs in support of their motions for summary judgment on January 25, 2008. The parties have also each filed motions pursuant to Rule 56(f) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, (Doc. 371, 373), and responses to these motions are currently due on January 31, 2008

The parties, through their undersigned counsel, hereby stipulate and request that the parties shall have a one week extension until February 1, 2008 (instead of the current date of January 25, 2008) to file their replies in support of their motions for summary judgment on the statute of limitations, and until February 1, 2008 (instead of the current date of January 31, 2008) to file responses to the Rule 56(f) motions.
