filed after service by Defendants of close to 2,000 pages of documents regarding the

Solomon letter and after a full day deposition of Honeywell s lobbyist regarding the Solomon

letter. Plaintiffs respectfully request leave to exceed the page limitation by 5 pages for a

total of 22 pages in order to fully brief the extensive factual matters, documents and

testimony relevant to the issues in this brief.
