The parties hereby stipulate and move jointly that the Court approve the attached proposed Sixth Revised Rule 16 Scheduling Order. A redlined version of the proposed changes to the current scheduling order is attached hereto as Exhibit A. The proposed Sixth Revised Rule 16 Scheduling Order attached hereto extends certain deadlines pending the Court s ruling on Plaintiffs pending motions to compel documents listed on Defendants privilege logs. (Doc. 332, 451.) Based on the Data and Expert Stipulation and Order, (Doc. 421), and following the deposition of Plaintiffs expert witness, the parties identified certain additional data issues. The proposed Sixth Revised Rule 16 Scheduling Order also sets forth dates for supplementation of Plaintiffs expert disclosures and for Defendants expert disclosures related to the data experts.
