14 I Clarification and Alternative Motion to Allow Interlocutory Appeal [Doc. #79] and
15 Defendants’ Notice of Supplemental Authority [Doc. #80]. f
16 IT IS ORDERED that Defendants shall file a supplemental brief addressing the
17 impact of the new Treasury Regulations identified in Defendants’ Notice of Supplemental
18 Authority. The brief shall be filed within fifteen (15) days of the date of this Order.
19 IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Plaintiffs may file a response to both: (a)
20 Defendants’ Motion for Reconsideration and Clarification and Altemative Motion to Allow
21 Interlocutory Appeal, and (b) Defendants’ supplemental brief. The responses shall be due
22 within fifteen days ofthe date of service of Defendants’ supplemental brief. No replies will
23 be permitted unless ordered. V
