Potter hereby gives notice that the following witnesses may need to be taken out of order as follows: Kim Loiselle, a former Postal Service employee, is scheduled to be out of the state after August 1, 2007, and therefore will need to testify on August 1, 2007. Dr. Lee, an orthopedic surgeon who treated plaintiff, has surgery and other scheduling commitments and therefore needs to testify the morning of August 2, 2007. He will be out of the country and unavailable between August 9, 2007 until August 17, 2007. Consequently he needs to testify the morning of August 2, 2007. Dr. Armstrong, another orthopedic surgeon who treated plaintiff, also needs to testify the morning of August 2, 2007, due to other commitments and scheduling issues.
