UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT DISTRICT OF ARIZONA
Albert W. DeLeon, Plaintiff -vsDora B. Schriro, et al., Defendant(s) CV-04-0446-PHX-PGR (JI) ORDER
The Court entered a Scheduling Order on May 18, 2005 (#127). That order required the parties to confer and lodge a proposed pretrial order on or before November 17, 2005. In the interim, however, Defendants filed a dispositive motion. On September 14, 2006, the Court ruled (#218) on the dispositive motion. It appears that all deadlines for discovery, dispositive motions, etc. have passed. IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the parties shall have thirty days from the filing of this Order to: (1) file all other pretrial motions, other than motions in limine; and (2) lodge a joint pretrial statement and proposed order. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Defendants are responsible for initiating the drafting and submission of the proposed pretrial order in the form prescribed by the assigned trial judge.
