With apologies to the Court and counsel, Plaintiff erroneously calculated the applicable (2001-2006) Consumer Price Index (CPI), referenced in the charts provided on pages 5-6 of his sur-response.1 (Docket # 90, pgs. 5-6.) This error, which is not substantively significant, resulted in incorrect amounts being listed as "60% of Predisability Earnings" and "Predisability Earnings as % of est. median wages." A corrected version of the charts follows: ...

Through clerical error, the difference between current and prior years CPI-W was not divided by the prior year CPI-W.
