I am mailing Library & Internet research regarding drug & alcohol fetal cell
damage; reflecting how these chemicals when taken in the first trimester I
effect subsequent intelligence, conduct, emotions, urges etc as the child
grows into adulthood. This is a preliminary effort, with numerous references
to bibliographical documents which will be beneficial.
I would also suggest we go on Lexus/Nexus to simply review & replicate the I I
similar alcohol/drug mitigation submitted in other Mizona (or national) death
penalty sentencing. Why reinvent the wheel so to speak '? Also, how about
your contacting other death penalty attomeys in Arizona for obtain their work
in this area ‘? p
I will be anxious to hear your opinions after reviewing this material.
