Petitioner, Robert Allen Poyson, ("Poyson"), by and through undersigned counsel, requests that this Court issue an order directing the Arizona Department of Corrections (hereinafter "ADOC") to allow for confidential contact visits between Poyson and Robert L. Smith, Ph.D., a psychologist, retained by Petitioner's counsel. Dora Schriro, Director of the ADOC, by and through undersigned counsel, does not object to the confidential contact visits with the retained expert. Counsel for the parties have agreed to terms and conditions for the contact visits and those terms and conditions are listed and contained in the proposed order. Counsel for the parties further agree and stipulate that the proposed contact visit order should issue.
