The Court is in receipt of Plaintiff's "Request of Court to Safeguard and Safekeeping of Evidential Documents for Plaintiff" (Doc. # 108). However, Plaintiff failed to file his motion pursuant to Local Rule 5.4, which requires that a legible copy accompany each pleading filed with the Court. As a result, Plaintiff's motion will be stricken as improperly filed with leave to refile. Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED THAT Plaintiff's "Request of Court to Safeguard and Safekeeping of Evidential Documents for Plaintiff" (Doc. # 108) is STRICKEN as improperly filed.
