18 the Court for an Order exonerating/releasing the Bond in the amount of $500.00 plus
19 accrued interest filed on March 24, 2004. This Motion is made on the grounds and for the
20 reason that the Bond in this case was posted over a year ago and the case has been
21 dismissed. Accordingly, the Bond is no longer needed.
22 Herbalife requests the Court to exonerate/release the Bond to the undersigned law
23 firm by sending a check for $500.00 plus accrued interest to "Quarles & Brady Streich
