2 this Court, under Local Rule 83.3(b), to permit them to withdraw as counsel of record
3 for Defendants Ambassador of Global Missions UnLimited and His Suecessors, A

Corporation Sole; El Shaddai Ministries and Its Successors, A Corporation Sole; .

6 Second Chance Christian Evangelistic Ministries; and Michael Cambra (hereafter
7 "Represented Defendants"). Irreconcilable differences between and among the
8 Represented Defendants and Osborn Maledon P.A. regarding the conduct of this
9 matter necessitate that Osborn Maledon, P.A. withdraw. In addition, Osborn Maledon
10 can no longer represent these Defendants because of potential conflict issues between
