Final judgment having been entered, Defendant filed a Bill of Costs on June 2, 2006, seeking the taxation of $4,636.11 The matter has been reviewed and costs have been awarded as follows. 1. 2. Service Fees - The $402.20 claimed is allowed. Court Reporter Fees - Pursuant to Local Rule LRCiv 54.1(e)(3), of the $4,090.46 claimed, only $2,000.76 is allowed. (No Reporting Services, Video Depositions, ASCII, Condensed Transcript, Appearance Fee, Min-U-Script, Administrative Fee, or CD ROM Conversion Fee allowed.) 3. Copy Fees - The $143.45 claimed is allowed.

It is therefore ordered that $2,546.41 be taxed by the Clerk and made a part of the judgment.
