Discussion held. IT IS ORDERED authorizing defense counsel to take the deposition of Mr. Coogan, Mr. Weisgrau and Mr. Sedlick within the next 30 days, and Plaintiff's counsel shall make available said witnesses for deposition. No further extension of discovery is permitted with the exception of taking the above depositions. Regarding Plaintiff Dan Coogan's conduct, should he attend the depositions of Mr. Weisgrau and Mr. Sedlick, he shall not act out in any way. If Plaintiff needs to consult with counsel during the deposition(s), he and his attorney shall excuse themselves from the room for consultation.
