Coogan catches Avnet infringing only in two Avnet Global Perspective issues Coogan licenses two Avnet Global Perspective issues (past known infringements), with one year grant in Avnet publications excluding Annual Reports and third party use. Avnet releases 2002 Annual Report with Coogan photograph, breaching the contract. The breach terminates all licenses to use of the photographs.
