no later than August 12, 2005 and provide the Court with a Joint Report on those settlement talks. The parties hereby report to the Court that although they have engaged in discussions, both sides agree that any settlement discussions are premature at this point. The Court currently has pending before it a Motion for Reconsideration in regards to Defendant's Motion for Summary Judgment on the Insured v. Insured exclusion. The outcome of that Motion could be case dispositive. In light of that, the parties hereby notify the Court that although they have discussed the matter, settlement talks are premature.
