18 Defendant, Charles Schwab & Company, Inc. ("Schwab"), by and through
19 undersigned counsel, hereby requests the Court to extend the eleven page limitation set
20 forth in Local Rules of Civil Procedure 7.2(e) for its Reply in Support of its Motion for
21 Summary Judgment re: Liability. Schwab respectfully moves for a reasonable two page
22 extension of the eleven page limit set forth in Local Rule 7.2(e), for a total of thirteen
23 pages. Schwab’s reply must be filed no later than June 6, 2006.
24 Schwab filed its Motion for Summary Judgment Re: Liability to dispose of all tive
25 counts alleged in plaintiffs complaint. Plaintiff responded, raising issues not briefed in
26 Schwab’s initial motion and additional case law. In order to adequately address
27 plaintiffs response, two pages in addition to the eleven page limit are necessary.
