16 Thomas H. Campbell, being first duly sworn, deposes and says:
17 1. He is the attorney for Judgment Creditor MCI Worldcom Communications,
18 Inc. ("MCI"), and makes this Affidavit for and on behalf of MCI, being authorized to do
19 so.
20 2. A Judgment in favor of MCI and against Omni Information Services, Inc.
21 was entered on January 28, 2002 in the United States District Court, District of Arizona.
22 The Judgment for damages was in the principal sum of $13,891,158.50, together with
23 prejudgment interest thereon from October 20, 2000 through the date of the Judgment at
24 the rate of $821.89 per day, and for additional damages in the amount of $I6,174,950.61
