The Court finds defendant's behavior warrants a sanction 18 outside of the provisions of the Chapter 7 policy statements. Accordingly, 19 IT IS THE JUDGMENT OF THIS COURT THAT defendant's supervised release 20 is REVOKED. 21 IT IS ORDERED committing defendant to the custody of the Bureau of Prisons for 22 a term of Twenty-four (24) months, with credit for time served. 23 No Supervised Release follows. 24 Defendant has the right to appeal. 25 26 27 28
