Upon release from custody, no further term of supervised release is imposed. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that all remaining allegations are dismissed on motion of the United States. IT IS THE RECOMMENDATION OF THE COURT that the defendant be confined at a facility in the southwestern part of the United States and that there be educational and vocational programs available for him to participate in. The defendant is advised of his right to appeal the imposed sentence by filing a Notice of Appeal within 10 days from the date of sentencing.
