Commissioner of the Delaware Deoartment of Corrections, to nroduce
and oermit plaintiff to insoect and Dhotocopy the following doc- i
uments in accordance with Rule ih of the Federal Rules of Civil
Procedures:
1. All instructions Dromulpated by the Deoartment of Corrections in
connection with the olacement of an inmate in the RAM ROOM, or
whatever other said room it is known by.
2. An incident reD0rt, if anV» or any other documentation indicating-
what haooened, if anything at Delaware Correctional Center Recei-
ving Room on O9—¥O—O? in reference to the olaintiff.
5. Transfer documentation of olaintiff being transfered on O9—50—O?
from Delaware Correctional Center Receivine Doom to the RAM ROOM.

into the RAM ROOM on that day - refered to in this complaint as
Jane Doe #1,
6. The name of the watch Commander and/or Shift Commander who worked
at Delaware Correctional Center on OB-50-O2 and was there at Dela i
ware Correctional Center when the plaintiff was transfered from
Delaware Correctional Center Receiving Room to the RAM ROOM -
refered to in this complaint as John Doe #h.
7. A blueprint and/or diagram of the RAM ROOM at Delaware Correct?
ional Center or whatever other name it is known by,
