1. Any and all Deoartment of Corrections documentation indicating
the transfer of the Dlaintiff from Morris Community Correctional
Center to Delaware Correctional Center on OE-30-OP,
2. Any and all Deoartment of corrections documentation from Morris
Community Correctional Center indicating whether the Dlaintiffs
Drooerty was transfered along with him to Delaware Correctional
on OP—§O—O?.
3. All instructions nromulgated bv the Department of Corrections
in connection with the Administrative Transfer of any inmate -
