The parties, through the undersigned counsel, hereby stipulate and agree, subject to the
approval of the Court, that:
1. The discovery cut—off date is extended by thirty days, from March 9, 2005 to
April 8, 2005;
2. The deadline for tiling dispositive motions, if any, is extended by thirty days, from
April l0, 2005 to May l0, 2005;
3. No other date set in the Court's Scheduling Order of November 17, 2004 will be
affected.
