The deposition will be videotaped and taken before a notary public or court reporter, duly authorized to administer oaths and transcribe the testimony of the deponent(s) and may use technology that permits the real time display of the deposition transcript for attendees who bring a compatible computer. If the deposition is not completed on March 12, 2007, the deposition will continue to March 13, 2007 or to such other mutually agreeable time and location. PLEASE ALSO TAKE NOTICE that LG.Philips LCD Co., Ltd. is serving Planar Systems with a subpoena (the "Subpoena"), a copy of which is attached hereto. The subjects covered in the deposition will include (but are not limited to) the subjects listed on Attachment A to the Subpoena. Pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 30(b)(6), Planar Systems is required to designate one or more persons to testify at the deposition as to the matters known or reasonably available to Planar Systems concerning all topics listed in Attachment A to the Subpoena. In addition, the Subpoena requires Planar Systems to produce at the deposition the documents listed in Attachment B to the Subpoena. You are invited to attend and cross examine.
