I am a partner of Connolly Bove Lodge & Hutz, LLP, counsel of record for ViewSonic
Corporation in this action. I submit this declaration in support of ViewSonic Corporation’s
Exceptions to the Special Masters Report and Recommendation Regarding Claim Construction.
