Dear Judge Jordan: Please consider this letter the Plaintiff's status report on the above-referenced case. A status teleconference is presently scheduled for August 23, 2005 at 11:00 a.m. Currently pending before the Court is Defendant's Motion to Dismiss the Plaintiff's State law claims. The parties have exchanged expert witness reports and the deposition of the Plaintiff has been taken. It is anticipated depositions of the named Defendants will be taken within thirty days.
