to the SPCA, Joh.n Saville {an SPCA employee), Aaron Goldstein (a fonner Assistant City Solicitor
who is not ananted defendant), and twelve { l E) Wilmington Policc Dcp artment oftl cers who are also
not named defendants, but at this point, only witnesses to the alleged events contained in your
complaint.
Please he advised that according to the Court’s Clrders dated lvlay EG, EGG5 and June ld,
EGG5, you are only permitted a total of g {IG) interrogatories including sub-parts, directed solely
to the City Defendants. Therefore, consistent with the Cot1rt’s order, kindly suhmit to me a total of
