Technologies Inc. hereby stipulate to the voluntary dismissal with prejudice of the Complaint for
Avoidance and Recovery Preferential Transfers which was initiated in the above-captioned adversary
proceeding versus Synnex Information Technologies Inc. (the "C0mplaint").
