On March 7, 2005, plaintiff InaCom and defendant, Aqua
Systems, Inc. and Aqua Systems USA, Inc., (the "Parties") reached a
consensual resolution of the case. Counsel for the Parties jointly
notified the Court on that same day.
In the interim, the parties requested and the Court removed
