20 attorneys of record, hereby stipulate, subject to the approval of the Court, to the following: 21 1. Plaintiffs filed this action September 14, 2007, asking this Court to direct the United States

22 Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) to adjudicate Plaintiff Razavi's I-485 application. 23 2. On December 14, 2007, the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services granted

24 Plaintiff Razavi's application. 25 3. Plaintiffs intend to dismiss their complaint upon receipt of Plaintiff Razavi's alien

26 registration card. 27 4. In light of the reasonable possibility that this case may soon be moot, the parties respectfully

28 ask this Court extend the dates in the Court's scheduling order as follows: Stipulation to Extend C07-4750 JF 1
