22 Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) to adjudicate her I-485 application. 23 24 2. USCIS has scheduled Plaintiff's fingerprint appointment for February 13, 2008. 3. In order to allow sufficient time for USCIS to complete adjudication of Plaintiff's
