oppose Defendants' request for leave to file opposition, the Court concludes that Plaintiffs' technical non-compliance with the Civil Local Rules has not resulted in any prejudice to Defendants. Accordingly, Defendants motion to strike the application is DENIED. Defendants shall file their opposition to the application on or before October 31, 2007. IT IS SO ORDERED.
