The accused products include certain of Pretec's PCMCIA and CompactFlash products: CompactModem and CompactLAN cards, as well as PCMCIA I/O, communications, networking, multifunction and modem cards. I understand, based on today's conversation, that you will promptly provide us with the past six years of annual sales information for Pretec's accused products. Responding to your inquiry as to when we have previously contacted Pretec, we have been communicating with Pretec Electronics Corp., often through Gordon Yu, President of Pretec, since at least May 2002.
