Laporte, United States Magistrate Judge, located at Courtroom E, 15 Floor of the United States District Court, 450 Golden Gate Avenue, San Francisco, California 94102, Plaintiff Nike, Inc. ("Nike" or "Plaintiff"), will and hereby does move the Court for entry of default judgment against Defendant Felix Ose Osifo, an individual and d/b/a Osifo Hip Hop Clothing ("Defendant"), for statutory damages in the sum total of One Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($150,000.00) and post-judgment interest. Nike also seeks entry of a permanent injunction prohibiting Defendant from further infringement of Nike's trademarks.
