Plaintiff, a state prisoner, filed the present pro se prisoner complaint under 42 U.S.C. § 1983. In an Order dated December 10,

2007, the Court informed him that his action could not go forward until he paid the filing fee or filed a completed prisoner's in forma pauperis application. The Court ordered the Clerk of the The

Court to send Plaintiff a blank in forma pauperis application. Court informed Plaintiff that he must pay the fee or file a completed application within thirty days or his action would be dismissed.

More than thirty days have passed and Plaintiff has not

paid the filing fee or filed a completed in forma pauperis application. Specifically, he has failed to file a copy of his

Certificate of Funds. Accordingly, this action is DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE. Plaintiff's in forma pauperis application (docket no. 4) is DENIED as incomplete. The Clerk of the Court shall close the file and
